Final episode had a good mix of guns. The big house was stacked with muskets, a double barrel fowling piece/shotgun, pistols, etc.
Just the best TV show ever, taken from a book series by author Diana Gabaldon. I think it first aired on Starz and available on CD.What is Outlander?
I suspect you know too much about the history and the period to enjoy the show! You would think it would have been a show I would have watched by now, having visited Culloden multiple times, and my masters thesis being written about that battle, yet here we are...
I get that, I’ve had some great shows destroyed because I cannot get past the errors in the storyline details of the production…I suspect you know too much about the hi and the period to enjoy the show!
Usually I'm pretty good about being able to ignore historical errors as long as it's entertaining and not presented as 100% fact. The main issue is finding the time!I suspect you know too much about the history and the period to enjoy the show!
All on location in Scotland.
It's a stunning country. I lived there for three years and can't wait to go back. Thankfully one of my mates from there is getting married next summer, so that gives me a good excuse to go!The wife and I visited Scotland not long ago and went to a couple of places used in the show. Our tour guide was an extra in several episodes.
