hair dye for horns?

just thinking, horns are more or less simaler to hair as I understand it, womens hair dye comes in a billion colors hehe, could it be used to dye a horn?, more curious then anything and wondering if anyone ever tried it, guessing it should work but wanted to toss out the idea n see what others thought, thanks YMHS Birdman

I've read that some people have used hair dye on horn (just don't remember where).

There are some Horner's I know who Have used it with mixed results of satisfaction. I have tried it, but like my other methods better and less expensive. I have heard that some of the hair dyes fade easily. Same with leather dyes!
