I have a PA Hunter that really shoots great except for the heavy trigger pull. Just wondering what my options are. Is there a replacement or fix that people use. THANKS

Lots of options, if you have and can use stones.
Got to study your lock but a common issue is the small V spring acting on the sear. They are often to heavy and or long and bind on the sear fulcrum point instead of just the trigger bar.

TC locks have a small spring-loaded plunger instead of the spring you mention.
The problem is poor geometry combined with poorly/rough finished parts. As mentioned, a good stoning will usually get things to a more manageable level.
Reviving this old thread and just wondering if there is a trigger guru that is good at stoning these single TC triggers. Just shot my PA Hunter and very satisfied with it except the trigger pull. THANKS
