Harper's Ferry Flint .58 Rifle?

Awhile back fell into a deal on an unfired Pedersoli Harper's Ferry flint pistol with a .58 caliber rifled barrel.
Since then it appears to be lonely for a matching rifle, but all Harper's rifles I've come across are either caplock, smoothbore or a caliber other than 58.
I noticed some possibles made by Antonio Zoli back in the day, but that's about all.

What're my best options for locating a Harper's flint rifle in 58 bore?

Zoli Harpers Ferry rifles are the only reproductions I’m aware of that were in 58. Originals and all kit guns are 54s. If you want a 58 you’ll have to find a zoli or custom build one in a 58. I have one built from a rifle shoppe kit and it is in the true .54 caliber. Euroarms made a repro but I’m pretty sure it was a 54. The euroarms HF locks didn’t receive very good reviews.

The Zoli 1803's are .58 caliber. I think they use the same shallow three groove rifling that is used in their other CW rifles. This is cool, because you have a flinter thats capable of launching minie balls!

The Euroarms 1803 is a .54 caliber, 1:66 twist. Yes, some of the factory locks are flint smashers and are best thrown in the trash. I replaced the factory lock with an R.E. Davis 1803. The rifling grooves are also a lot deeper. Way better suited for a patched round ball.

Are you positive it’s .58 caliber?
All the Pedersoli Harpers Ferry pistols I’ve seen are .54.

Edit. Your are correct, it’s the conversions that are .54 cal.

Jess Melot of the Rifle Shoppe is the worlds most knowing person on Harpers Ferry rifles.

The sad part is that the HF 1803 started life as 54 cal, then were rebored to 58 cal after the 54 cal rifling was worn out.

I did come across a NIB Harper's pistol several years ago at auction. Things seem to pop up now and then.
