Hate the Butt Pad

wt just rememberd when i first got my pedersolie tryon rifle, the first owner had cut the but down so it had a lop of 13inches way to short plus he messed up a good stock it is an early tryon and had realy good walnut i pulled the manure rubber but pad of and built a hard rubber one heres a pic. just an outher idea for you.you could do the same in steel or brass.
