Hello. I thought I had done this but realized I didn't, so I'm correcting that. I'm normally in FL but currently working in the middle east.

While I've always been attracted to BP & muzzleloaders, I never took the plunge until I got into them by accident in 2019 (this would be one of those Bob Ross happy little accidents). Since then, they have really taken over from their modern bretheren & I bought a very nice Lehigh inspired .45 cal flintlock & have a second .54 cal shooter grade coming. This is a terrible disease lol.
 
I started down the m/l rabbit hole as a teenager. In my parents "throne room" , guess Dad left a copy of Turner Kirkland's thin little Dixie Gun Works catalog from say 1957. Dad was looking for barrel liners for old .22's , but I saw all the m/l stuff. By 1970 ,had mostly put modern guns aside. Wish you well in you're m/l fun.............oldwood
