I started shooting a Renegade in the late 70’s. Hunted Colorado Mule Deer and Elk for many seasons. Once I started bow hunting and my rifle was ruined in a flooded basement I never did replace the rifle. Looking to hunt Oklahoma’s black powder season next year.

Welcome, Fort Worth huh? A bit out of your way but in the late 80's I worked in Denton and Corinth there was a BBQ joint around Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek BBQ. It had a big iron pig outside, never had BBQ that good since. I doubt their sauce would have made good patch lube but it was good on anything else. I liked Texas.
