Have noticed the poster has not been back, wondered why as well.

Actually I asked hoping to get some insight from a retailer on when caps might show up. Reading here, powder shows up at different retailers at different times, it can be had with some diligence. Caps seem to be another matter.

Apologies for the delayed responses! Percussion caps have been a rare commodity but not totally unheard of. We have had some Schutzen musket caps in stock intermittently. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to nail down an ETA on percussion caps due to the limited availability. Our recommendation is to click the "notify me when product is in stock" link as that will send you an email notification as soon as they are back in stock.

This is the most informative site on the topic of muzzleloader. I’ve already sent a T/C Renegade to Bobby Hoyt to get rebored as a possible solution to pitting in the bore. Thanks for that info!
