Hello everyone. I've got a few nice antique pieces in my collection including this pistol. The only markings are on the barrel (please see pics). I'd appreciate if anyone could give me some idea on the provenance of this beautiful firearm. Thanks! Lupo

Lovely pistol, from appearances I’d say French. There are references to flint locks marked C E Hardy on Google.

Appears to be rifled. Only mark is on the barrel. Where might it be signed?
