Hello All!

I joined last year but was not active in the hobby until recently. I've owned a few BP cap and ball pistols over the years, a 50cal Hawken, and recently a smoothbore. I'm getting ready to build my first fowler this fall/winter and have been doing a lot of research lately (including reading a lot of information on this site).

Regards!

I plan to stay awhile now! I recently got into two gun clubs in my area so now I have a couple places to shoot whenever I like (or rather when the schedule allows)! Been really enjoying reading about the hobby and am in the process of collecting and making the period items that go along with an 18th century fowler. Might even get into reenacting. Who knows!
Regards
Dave
