Greetings All,
I'm Bruce from Maryland. A long time Civil War reenactor. 71st Pa. / 1st California Regment. My Irish ancestor James Kinsella was in the real 71st PVI.
I've live fired my 1863 Springfield a few times, just not at a reenactment! I started reading more about the Old West and issued myself a 1860 Colt Army which is correct for the Civil War and cowboy shooting, I think.
I'm here to learn...
Thanks!
Greetings from Damascus.
I'd have told you to flee before it's too late, but you've been into black powder too long to save yourself....
You're already, One Of Us.....

Hello tjiann,
Shout out for the Old Line State. Where abouts do you go to shoot around Annapolis? And what shootin' irons or long guns do you have? I get close to your neighborhood, I'm in Glen Burnie a lot.

I shoot at the Anne Arundel Fish & Game Club. Also a member of the N-SSA, so I shoot civil war muskets and carbines pretty regularly.
