Hi All,

I've just joined so thought I'd introduce myself.

Based in over 'The Pond' in lazy Worcestershire (UK)... yes where the sauce is made, I enjoy shooting a variety of arms from Matchlocks to Martini Henry's. I also have a reasonable selection of tools, parts and other bits relating to Enfield Rifles and Muskets (Patterns 1853 to 1865). I'm just coming to the end of writing a book on them and actually have a meeting with an editor on Monday coming to discuss actually getting 15 years of research published :0) !...I've also just published my second book on Muzzle Loading Enfield Privates and Sergeants Tools on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08S2S3Q8P) which has been a fun project, but a learning curve.

All the best Jon

Jon, welcome from sunny Plymouth Devon. I’m a Worcestershire lad, born in Stourbridge before Dudley stole it!

Your knowledge will be welcome here I think.
