Hello
I'm fixing to buy my 1st black powder rifle. I have had an interest in them for awhile but since I will soon turn 18. I can finally buy one. I have shot my uncle's alot in the past i really enjoy shooting a muzzle loader more then a regular gun.
Thanks, Donald Taylor

Hello Donald. I also like shooting a muzzleloader much more than a conventional rifle. Keep us posted on your new rifle when you make the purchase. Glad to have you aboard. :peace:

A friendly welcome BPJ. Lots o'friendly folk here and if you're not careful you may learn something. Funny thing though, I thought muzzleloaders were regular guns. Are there any others? As for me flinters are all I shoot- why waste your time with anything else?

The only guns I have shoot potatos

Well heck, taters don't even run nor fly. Round here we just use a fork ta dig 'em and a smaller one to finish 'em off when they's cooked. ::

'Sumthin bout yer name is familiar. :hmm: You have a cousin from Nazareth, Pennsylvania outside of Bethelehem in the Lehigh Valley by chance?

One tip, for future reference... I dont recommend hairspray or starter fluid as a charge in the guns we talk about on this forum.

Welcome!

Jeff
