Help identify powder flask

Hello all, flask from Europe, unsure of provence. Has adjustable spout & bottom valve. If not valuable will attempt to repair. What is something like this worth?

It's been repaired twice or possibly three times already. In that condition it isn't very valuable. Clean and repair then use it.

[Powder Flask Collector]

This flask is very similar to flask shown in Riling "The Powder Flask " No 960 page 377. It was probably made in England (Birmingham?) around 1840 - 1860.

Does it have any markings from the manufacturer?

How to repair or or re-solder seams was described by Martin Rywell in his boocklet "The Powder Flask" on page 80 and 81. Not easy to do, because it should be soldered from the inside.
