Definitely ( IIRC, 36 gauge = .410)

Good Morning!

Thank you guys for the help this is my firearm that firemanbrad is helping me with! I have found that it is belgian leige but not 36 bore it came out to .709 inches so choked 12guage? I have attached a photo of more proof markings that I have discovered on this firearm if you guys dont mind helping me out? so far I have identified the ELG with a star in the oval, but from there I am lost.
