I had the same problem with a saw from Ace hadware that was close to 30 years old. Employees in Ace told me they had never heard of it. So, I researched similar saws and found a company that sold a very similar one and gave them a call. A nice lady told me they sold a saw that was made by the same company that made mine.
I was not looking for a blade but rather the rubber "tires" that go around the pulleys. She had them.
However, the mention above of measuring with a taylors type cloth tape would work. Measure about Midway between the longest and shortest distance around and that should do it.
There are many blade vendors on the net. I've found that they offer a higher quality than most big box and woodworking stores.
