Thought of you this afternoon when I stopped at a new (to me) gun shop. Had driven by it several times in the past and thought to myself I should stop there one of these days. Well, today was the day.

Lots of modern shotguns on the wall.

Started looking for muzzleloaders and lo and behold, there was not one but two wood-stocked rocklocks. The fellow came over and showed me the two T/C Hawkens. One in .50 and one in .45.

Now I was just lookin, but I don't often see such things in this neck o' the woods.

He had two antique s x s capguns too, but I better not talk about them here.

Well thats neat you lose we had 103 of them fellows here yesterday and expect 102 of them to come back today. It would be nice to see less as the electric bill sure is steep. Fox

It's 103 here in Fort Worth again today. Ain't it fun?
I love it when the day starts at 80, and it's still 90 at midnight.
I have been roofing my brother-in-law's house after work for a few days today. I have to wait until it's cools a little so the shingles don't stick together. ::
You gotta have a sense of humor to live in Texas.
