Welcome from CA. I got one muzzleloader just because I wanted to have better odds on a hunt than I had with a longbow. No real interest. Just wanted to get a deer on a hunt I enjoy. Bought one on a good deal & thought that would be it. Now, several years later, I have bought, sold and shot several, make some of my own stuff, petitioned the FGC on traditional ML stuff & definitely enjoy it way more than CF rifles. As hobbies go, it's a good one.
