Daryl, I've also recently discovered that a thin cut with a razor blade in about 3 "equal" places around the edge of the OS card makes it a bit tighter...for holding the shot in place when hunting, I "think" I've already fired a couple of blanks this year because my OS card was not tight enough and I had lost my shot.
(At least that's the way I explained a couple of misses to my dog...he was ok with that).
Of course this "cut" is made when I put the cards in my bag so they are handy when loading.
