Hollis and Sons Bermingham .45

I recently purchased a Hollis and Sons .45 Muzzleloader and have not been able to find much information to Appraise its value or averts in its manufacture date. Any helps appreciated

I think that is a restock using a Hollis lock, others with more knowledge will chime in but the rest of the gun does not look like Hollis and sons work to me.
