I snagged this cased set of .45 Leonard Day flintlock swivel pistols in an auction yesterday. It is my understanding that Day only made two sets like this at most. Wasn't looking for them. I was waiting for a watched lot to come up and then saw these in the queue. Just dumb luck and an iron will got them for me.

Those are absolutely awesome! So unique and gorgeous. I was too slow on the button for one of his pistols on Track of the Wolf once. I wish I had hit the button and worried about gas and rent later.

To paraphrase Tuco in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: "When it's time to buy, buy. Don't think."

Don't have them yet. They will be going to a new home as an unfired pair after I get them.
I agree with deerstalker. Send them to me and I will take care of all the shipping for you…😂. Were any originals ever made in this manner? I know there were some rifles but this is the first time I have seen something like this. So, so cool.

How does that trigger work? Looks like the front trigger which I assume is the set trigger is made to be pushed?
