Homemade Patch Cutter

made this tonight, took a hole saw, ground off the teeth, then sharpened on belt sander with 120 grit to 400 grit. then sharpened inside of drum with dremel. then polished with green and white polish.... got it pretty sharp. then I made a handle out of black walnut on my lathe. cuts perfect patches out of whatever. here is some 0.18 pillow ticking...

It looks good. I made one like that but it has the shank that fits into the drill press or hand drill.

I had a chuck on it for the drill, but it's so sharp I can just press into the fabric and it cuts, I can also use it for rounding leather etc.
