you could join them...its a great way to get to know the members and learn the craft...they are having their annual convention next month at Williamsburg...as a member you would be welcome
I think...not sure about sign up for it etc...

Many of the Horners are also "Contemporary Longrifle Association" members...the annual gathering is this August in Lexington Ky...

Meeting any of the members face to face is a great way to ask them about the craft etc...and for them to get to know you etc...

And you can try writting the Guild on their web site,other than that, I dont know how you can contact them collectively or individually...

Ok organization I guess, but seems that all their functions and activities are in the eastern and southern parts of the country....No big deal to join. Just pay your $30.00 annual dues!
