Here's my Horn #69 which son Christian worked on with me (his first horn work!) We spent about 3 hours in the shop together as I showed him how to lay out and file away with the various files and rasps.
It is a right-side carry, measuring just over 12" along the bottom curve. The Walnut base cap is 2.5" across, with a nicely twisted strap staple. This horn features a wonderful hex symbols with various border-work and a few other decorative elements. The double throat-ring has become a common feature for almost all my horns now. (Please note these are decorative devices; your horn strap actually attaches behind these rings.)
We are asking $500 for this horn, plus $5 shipping west of the Mississippi.
It is certainly a horn that is going to enhance any shooting rig or be showcased.
Thanks for looking!
Bob
