Dneper -- those aren't the cost in Euros are they?
In bulk, I can get 100 for $7.3 including shipping, but I imagine that the EU treats it as a hazardous material and there are surcharges.

No, it is not in Euros.It is in Dollar.And yes, Sweden is a member of EU.R&R Arms, is an American Company, with real low prices.
