My patch lube for round balls is even more secret than the lube used for those Buffalo Bullets!!! The recipe is sub-moa in all guns of all calibers. Those who shoot against me here in the great Northeast know that if I show up, the Bacon is Mine! Only kidding, bacon grease and beeswax is no secret; it has been used for years! Just boil the bacon to separate the salts first and the your magic lube can be as good as mine.

Big.........I'm disappointed. If i raided my wife's bacon supply , I'd have a Griswold black iron skillet label tattooed on side of my head. Oh well ,betterluck next time...........oldwood

I recently bought some out-of-date, no-longer-available-rare-as-obtainium .54 Buffalo Bullets from a member here. Put them in a 200 degree over over a pad of paper towels on a cookie tray. Fifteen minutes later I had bare bullets. Ten minutes after that they were re-lubed with my special (and very top secret) X-ring lube. Now to the Range!!!
