How to blow up a musket

Gentlefolk,
Awhile back I remember seeing a video showing the results of firing a BP rifle with an obstructed bore or using smokeless powder. I would like to use this video within my musket safety course. I remember it being produced by a manufacturer and had 3 scenarios, two obstructed bore and one smokeless powder, each using 3 weapons with awesome results.
Any help locating this vid will be greatly appreciated.

Trench I think that's is a classic result of not seating one's bullet on the powder..., or using incorrect (modern) powder..., my bet is not seating the bullet as you can see the powder container on the bench to the left of the guy, and it looks like a proper BP substitute.

This reminds me of a documentary about Indian Mougul guns from the 15th 16th century which were supposed to be the best in the world,supposedly the secret was a very good early steel plus a breech design that created a void between the powder and the ball, a "pocket of air" was left twixt powder and ball that allowed more breech presure to build thus giving these guns suprior range and power, I wonder how many poor souls were lost untill the right combination of powder and air space was determined.Has anyone else any information on this design and any evolution or demise of the concept?

Yes that's the one I saw. I would like to have seen a video on damage caused with improper loading with BP or substitute.

I don't think we can show a directly link to it because it concerns those firearms, projectiles, and propellants that we don't discuss here. Go to You Tube and search for "Dangerous Muzzleloading Practices", which was posted by "CVAmuzzleloader". I discovered it in a link on a thread on a Shotgun World forum. And HOLY CR@P, did they get some massive failures - nothing simply bulged.
