How to sharpen this scraper?

What's the best way to sharpen a scraper like this one?

I played around with it some and I think I got it. As said above, I got better results putting the bevel on the front side (opposite handle) and drawing it to me when sharpening, opposite a knife blade.

I held it upside down with the front edge pointing away from me and drew it back towards me across diamond laps at about 20-25 degrees angle between the lap and the metal. So basically it was like sharpening a knife backwards.
 
Wood scrapers work by having a burr to drag across the wood, not a cutting edge. On card scrapers I put them in a vise and pull a carbide shaft across the edge at an angle. It rolls a nice burr on it. I think you could do something similar with that tiny one too.
