Long time lurker, I like to listen more than talk. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from y'all, Thank You.

About a year ago, Cabela's had the Pedi Howdah's on sale for $549 so in a drunken internet buying frenzy I said "what the heck" and got the 20X20.

What a fun toy. A legal SBS. I and my friends have "that" grin every we shoot her. :)

40-50 grains of T7 and a .610 RB bare will keep in about 6" at 10 yards (minute of Tiger? )

I bought a 5/8th's wad punch and she doesn't do to bad with an ounce of 6's or 7 1/2's card op and os wads at 10-12 yards either. I'm going to try to sneak up on a bunny this season.

The brass mold that Cabela's sold with it is not good. The mold halves don't line up well so my balls are a little lopsided  . However a light couple taps with the short starter and they go down tight enough so I don't need anything on top.
One word of caution for first timers. Don't hold the foreend with offhand unless you enjoy cap bite on your wrist/forearm.

Keep yer powder dry, Dave

My boys and I have three of them in 20x20. I bought ours when they were first released in 2008, they cost $600 then, and the prices have gone up since. You got a good deal.

For shooting patched balls, I found 3F produces better accuracy than 2F. Keep working on it, it can do better than 6" at 10 yards.
