Howdy From Mississippi

Hey everyone! Like the title says, I'm in Mississippi. I've never shot black powder/muzzle loaders before and I've only been shooting for a few years (rifle target, skeet/trap) but very often.
I'm trying to connect with the local and online muzzleloading community while I plan out my first build, or try to find a used rifle. I love the look and history of the various 40"+, full stock Pennsylvania/Kentucky rifles but I just cant justify spending $700+ on a pedersoli Pennsylvania kit when I know there's one lying in a barn somewhere around here.
If any of y'all are aware of any muzzleloaders or communities in North Mississippi let me know, I'd love to get connected.
