I am known by both my white name and my Native name. White = Tom and Native as Cetan(pronounced as Chay ton. I love the smell of Sulphur burning and the clouds of thick smoke as it billows from the firing of the Propellant down that long octagonal smoke pole.
I am brand new to the art and sport of shooting Black Powder but I love it, I truly do. The thing is this, I bought my first BP Rifle, a CVA Hawken in .50 Cal.from a friend of a friend and I have already broken my Cheekbone with it, blackened both eyes and swallowed enough acrid smoke to choke a chain smoker down. :rotf: Now I am off to the question/help forum and pose my questions in hopes of learning how NOT to do it.
