I went on a Christmas tree hunt close to the cabin here in Norway and made a video!
Bravo!
and god jul ! 🎅

PS do you need a tag with your hunting license, for evergreen trees ? Trenger du et merke med jaktkortet ditt når du jakter eviggrønne planter?

Is there any other Christmas tree hunters here on the forum?

It is just one of those things you can do with a smooth bore..
i just love the versatility of this "bobed" Tulle..!

Years ago my father would go whitetail deer hunting and if he didn't get a buck he at least would bring home a Christmas tree in the true Nordic tradition. He used an ax or saw; however.
After it was home the fun of "relocating" branches began in order to please my Mother!

What fun , you have cheered up an otherwise wet and dreary summers day , thank you . I do like your dog .
My dog yes she likes hunting, she is an Old Danish Pointer. Will be 4 years in April. Unfortunate that she suffers from chronic inflammation in her pancreas. She can still hunt, but not extreme long days..!
