I leave mine loaded, no cap on the nipple and nothing covering the bore. I have brought mine from low 30s temps outside to +70 inside, I have done this multiple days with the same load in the barrel and it fired with no delay or trouble.

here is my opinion on the load/unload debate.

"Do it the way you are confident with, there is no right or wrong"

A person who is confident in there choice will be more at ease with a shot if they are confident their ML will work the first time every time.
