Heard hair spray will work. I am thinking about dry balling on purpose just to give it a try!
And I will do it with a dirty barrel for full effect.

Then there are the stout range rods that a slide hammer will work on.

I have a drill bit and guide to pilot the ball for the screw. It works great. ( I pull my hunting load every night)(Why?) (Cause)

well my ball puller was a homemade one, and the screw was screwed into the ball. just as i was pulling to ball, the wood screw broke free. i have thought about using a drill bit but it was just one more thing to build and not having a lathe, made it difficult.
Shooting it was about my last option.


Now are/thinking of useing hairspray as a lube?
how would that work?
