Hi bearbeater, Welcome to the forum.

Seems this is the one place where there is something for everyone. While you're looking around, drop by the TMA..you may find something of interest there also.

Friendly? About the most friendly you're gonna find anywhere. :peace:

So, drag up a log, break off a chunk of that coffee, and make yourself at home. It's good to have ya.

And, BTW....We won't hold it against you if you know Bullwnkl. :haha: :haha: I mean after all, he is a pretty well known feller.

Welcome to the fire. Plenty to see here. Good folks too. Getting to be quite a few from Michigan on here, where in Michigan are you from?

Howdy bearbeater. We've saved a spot by the campfire for you. Of course, we're not that nice. You're the guy who has to tend to the fire and get smoked out. :relax:

Hey All
Thanks for the warm welcome. I am a member at the 24hr campfire but alot of the people there are high end gun owners. It appears as though they believe that if you have a high dollar arm you are it. I am just me and I like the old ways and the skill in loading your own. the center fire guns I own are of the old military type and have character like my muzzle loaders. hope to visit more. keep your powder dry.

Hey
Bearbeater, welcome. I can relate to your post about old military guns....don't you wish they could talk? No matter what type of bp gun ya shoot, there is a army of really knowledgeable people here always willing to help out.
