Caliber or Gauge? Probably a sixteen bore would be about right.

Barrel length? 44" to 48"

Lock? Chambers

Flint or Cap Lock? Flint

Build by who? Oh, I'd probably build it so it's right. :wink:

I know how you feel. The only muzzleloader I own is a 18 bore english double flint gun ca. 1815. I wouldn't mind owning something I built one day..... :haha:
