I came across a colt revolver. It is a small frame probably .36 caliber. It has a rebated cylinder which was odd. The only marks on it the barrel are something to the effect of "CQL SAM COLT NEW YORK USA". (going from memory) The stamping was done with individual letter stamps, and nothing lines up. There is no manufacturers mark that I can find. It is a wonderful wall hanger, but someone has dorked the cylinder by counter boring them. The nipples show wear, so it has been shot. The barrel is rifled, so I doubt that it was a non-firing replica. I really like it, but don't know what it is exactly so I cannot find replacement parts. It appears to be an 1851 model. Any ideas?
