Invest Arms Hawken Lock Plate Screw

I just picked up a nice old .50 Invest Arms hawken. Does any one know the thread pattern and length of the lock plate screw?

Measure the stock where the screw goes and take the lock to a hardware store. I have one but nothing to measure the treads.

Thanks. I figured it out. I got the calipers out. It appears to be 8-32 or 4mm x .7. I have a brass 8-32 which worked.

BTW, Dixon's Muzzleloading Shop in Kempton, Pa., was/is a factory authorized repair shop for the Lyman (Investarms) guns. If anyone knows, they do.
