Irish Toast for 30

Pork rinds made me think of fatback. Fatback made me think of bacon. Bacon, and the warm spell that just hit this week made me think of something beyond breakfast.
Now I have to churn up some maple syrup bacon ice cream. Weekends commin'. :grin:

Sprinkling the cinnamon on after dipping eliminates clumping issues.

And adds time.

It was with the right hand, grab bread slice, dunk one side, flip, dunk other side, remove and toss into pan being held by other hand over hot fire. Wipe fingers and handle spatula. Flip and cook other side, then remove cooked toast to serving tray and repeat. No time for niceties.

The Fireball bourbon will fix all of that....

I make Irish Chili:

-1 Can Wolff brand chili (NO BEANS)
-I glass Jameson Irish Whiskey

Directions: warm chili in microwave and eat. Drink whiskey afterwards.
