Today my second 1861 Navy arrived. I have been amazed at how well my first one has done. I can safely say I am addicted. I am considering an 1862 Pocket Police.

I have been pleasantly surprised how well the Colt designs perform compared to the Remington design.

Mine are the Uberti versions.

Yup, I am addicted again.

It is a horrible affliction. It is called gottgetanothergunitis. I have had it for years and am waiting on a 1851 Navy convertible form C&B to the original unmentionable brass thingy caliber. It may help for a while I hope (not)

Just remember that your heirs will have something to sell that should retain some value, vs cash that is becoming worth less and less by the day. That said...buy more firearms and ammo!

what ever you do, don't buy a flintlock rifle. gottgetanothergunitis will have you waking in the morning with the thought, "how do i sneak the one i bought last night in". and before the day is out you will be looking at another one!

The 1862 Pocket Police and Pocket Navy are both fun plinkers. They are just on the tiny side when it comes to loading. That being said, I have four-ish Pocket Police, two are Colt, two are Uberti. One Colt Pocket Navy
