Hello all, Just like to shoot and hunt with my 50 cal GPR I bought back in the 90’s as a kit from one of the big muzzleoading companies. I think it was from Dixie Gun Works. For me it was a great buy, the gun is very accurate and I’m very pleased. Good thing I loaded up on caps a few years ago because I can’t find them anywhere right now.

Thanks for all the welcomes!
I’ve only shot by myself or with a couple friends and my brother. Nobody I know is very interested in it. Sure they like to shoot it once in awhile but then interest disappears.
I have a place I can shoot as much as I want so I take it out a few times a year and then deer hunting season.
I love it. I’m an old soul like you guys that love to hold and do things from another age and think about what times were like back then. Cool stuff
