Beautiful gun mate, I'll follow them on insta. Seeing photos of flintlocks always makes the day a little better.
I found him on IG. He does fine work. I got a trade gun which is just about as plain a gun as they made at the time. I wanted a gun that would represent the gun a poor farmer would have had on the frontier, or, a gun tradeed to the native American's. His trade gun fills the bill nicely. I think the fit of wood to metal and finish on wood is better than it would have been back in 1700's. I shot it for the first time yesterday. It functioned perfectly, towards the end the flint was getting dull and I had a few misfires.
