I think that in this recent update YouTube video from Jim Kibler he's advertising that there's a position open with his company for the right individual with the right qualifications and experience, so if you're interested in working for Jim and you have experience and expertise building muzzleloading firearms he's looking for you might be interested in what he has to say in this video:

Didn’t watch the video (seemed long), but remember seeing a post a month or two back where Kibler was hiring. Before I retired we were losing many of our CNC programmers/machinist types to $40 plus per hour job offers, and rates have only gone up since. Would imagine Kibler is looking for one special individual, while the NASCAR folks for example, are hiring in bunches. If someone has the skills, the jobs are there and wages are competitive. Wish Kibler luck as he tries to add skilled help.
