I was disappointed that Jims FB posting picture looked almost generic/ computer generated picture. I cant even see the barrel tenons. Rear sight positioning doesnt look right...

The picture is of a percussion locked rifle. Anyone hear if there will be a flint version available?

Wait for the video and it will make more sense. This is just a screenshot of the 3d computer model. The stock is still square in this view as well. All the other parts are fully designed, though and we go into quite a bit of detail about each in the video.
So, even though this came from a computer, it's not just some mock-up or AI stuff. It's the actual design of the rifle we will be producing. I'm sure there will be some tweaks, but this is largely what it will be.

Jim has from the start, and again in his new released info stated it will be percussion, as most all known Hawkens were. Right handed.

Guys, it's not that simple. This is a screenshot of the actual 3D designs that represent what it will be. These 3D designs were created in our CAD systems. These are not just some simple AI generated image. Every minute detail in our 3D designs will be translated to the actual product. We go into much more detail in an upcoming video.

Certainly didnt mean to take away from your postings Jim...I knew what your pic was (your computer drafted design...in my poor lingo) as well as the effort/time knowledge that went into it...., I probably sounded like the spoiled kid on xmas morning when his pile of xmas presents isnt bigger...
Considering the incredibly fast growing business you run with your expanding product line, myself I am amazed that you have the time to be able to research, design and engineer a new rifle in such a short period of time...with a highly critical pack of wolves howling at your door for more, more more!

Sorry for my ignorance concerning Kibler offerings. Jim and others answered my question in posts above, thanks.
I must point out that, although most reproduction Hawken rifles are percussion, that has little bearing on the originals, of which flintlocks certainly exist. But even CVA made a Mountain Rifle flintlock (arguably not true to form Hawken, but close):

It seems that my reference of CGI has caused confusion. FWIW, it wasn't a suggestion that it was a contrived image of a non-existent object. Simply that it was not a photo of an actual rifle but rather that it was a computer created image.
