Kibler SMR Jax Black, Brown, oxpho blue?

Morning…I’m looking for ideas (mainly pictures) of what you guys use/have used for metal finish. I have only done browning in the past, but on my soon to arrive Southern Mountain Rifle from Kibler, I wanted to go with more of a weathered gray/French gray look. But I also do like brown finish rubbed back a bit as well.
I’ve heard of guys using Oxpho blue from Brownells. Jim Kibler currently sells his Jax Black and Brown solutions.
What are your guy’s opinions?
By the way…I’m getting Fancy Maple in .40cal.
