Where can I find a 20 gauge barrel for mine?

You will have to discuss with Mr Hoyt (or whoever you want to do the work). When I spoke with him a few years ago on the topic, the largest smooth bore diameter he would take a TC 1” barrel to was .60”, right between 21 and 22 gauge. And even that could change, depending on the depth of the screw holes in barrel.
