I was a roofer. Retired now but know plenty of others. I get my lead from them. Some need a lot of cleaning. Plastic cement, sillycone and such. But its good stuff. Its getting harder to find since most go back with the metal/rubber kind. The ones with hard plastic and rubber are worthless junk. The plastic deteriorates fast and is not hail proof.
