leather shooting bag ?

I am in need of a shooting bag my first is being used on my civil war mortar and I needed a bigger one so im trying to get ideas my stepfather is a good leather worker so I want him to help me make one I just need a idea on one. I kind of want one of the 18th century period I want to get as close to period correct as I can thanks

I am sorry I post about the shooting pouch again so reason I was thinking I just posted about the ball pouch. I think I found the one I am going to get my stepfather to help me with I really like the brown one in the link

That is a good book, but the Northampton style pouch he illustrates is really a 19th century.

A word of warning, a lot of the modern, recreated bags are BETTER than the originals.
