A little while ago I ask some opinions of bullet sizing and dies.
From the information that I received from your replies I took a closer look at the Lee - AL molds; not steel and decided that the problem was with the molds and may not need to do resizing.
I called Lee and the service rep said send the molds in and they would have their tech look at them.
Long story short; I sent the molds in for evaluation on 4-18-09 and in the mail this AM I received a brand new mold; that would be 7 days. No questions. No hassel. I hope that I will get a chance to try them out over the weekend.
It certainly nice to know that there are still companies out there that will stand behind their products.
Now if I can only get IKO to stand good for 30 year roof shingles that I bought and paid for that only lasted 16 years. We will see.
Again in reference to Lee; this is one place that I will continue to purchase products.
Just thought ya'll would like to know.

I had a bad Lee mould once. It was throwing balls that were VERY out of round. They sent me a new one no questions asked.

I've had LEE stuff since 1975. everything from my 1st shotshell reloader (lee load all), the original cheapy reloaders, a few presses, priming tools, lots of molds, a few bottom pour melting pots and more pistol dies than I can remember. I have had some issues, all caused by ME. The hanful of times I have contacted them and sent something in, they have replaced or repaired promptly and at their expence!

They are top notch in my book of vendors!

Lee moulds work great for me and I put My cowboy ones to work makeing 300 to 600 at a time. My round ball in 36 cal. and 44 cal. do a good job. For moulds Lee dosen't have I use Rapine. Lee has allways backed up there product for me.

Lee has always beed excellent for me. Use their dies and molds exclusively  Mike
