I’m a lefty and I shoot both flint and percussion left hand models. I have both custom and factory left hand models in my armory.

Why do I shoot left hand locks? Simply because I want to and I enjoy it much more than having a patch box or carving interfering with my shooting style.

Do what makes you comfortable and not what others think is historical correct or PC.

Here is just two of my left hand shooters.

I don't think anyone told him to buy what they thought was HC or PC but thanks for the attitude none the less, I am sure many found it quite usefull....Oh and by the way Piffle! with a dash of Waugh! thrown in for good measure.

It’s not an attitude but an honest observation.

A local store has a lefty Lyman and I have been tempted to buy it and I'm right handed,I've thpought about it since and I might still do it ,I don't see any real issues, unlike other types of rifle in lefty.

Which post told the OP to do what was considered HC/PC? I must have missed it, several mentioned that shipping could be done and how, some mentioned that they or other leftys shot right handed guns and some mentioned hat in the past new left hand guns were probably available but rare and some leftys also probably used right handed guns back then. There was only one post that seemed to be of a hostile, negative or aggressive nature, and I replied to that one asking why.
